ER basketball lost a sectional game!!! Hold it now....they LOST. You have got to be kidding me right? Front page, center how a b-ball team dropped a sectional game.
They should call that coach a crook for single handely killing wrestling at ER. This guy is also the AD (ironically married to DQ's daughter). My understanding is that he would get the wrestling team to practice at all different crazy hours and completely monopolized a stranglehold on the elementary and junior high recruiting grounds. All is fair in good competition, but this guy ran wrestling out of a town that once had a very proud tradition. Shame on the D&C for covering a loss in such a way. How bout the 7 D1 and 15 D2 wrestlers (many who could easily compete at the state tournament but are left home)? Sickening!

its sad when u have great wrestlers giving it they're all for one shot at states and on the front page is a basketball lose

It was next to the coverage of the grueling "sport" of bowling.
Wrestlers have `em others play with `em.
