Dr. William F. Stier, Jr. Memorial Wrestling Fundraiser Clinic. Fundraiser with all proceeds going towards a scholarship at SUNY Brockport in his name. Thank you in advance for your support. Registration at the door of the Academy - 1555 Lyell Avenue Rochester NY 14610.

G2 World Wrestling Academy Welcomes:
• Finger Lakes Wrestling Club & Lansing High School Head Wrestling Coach Kris Harrington.
• Former assistant wrestling coach at Binghamton University and Head Coach at Chenango Forks HS Rick Gumble

Focus of clinic:
1) Will introduce attendees to the international styles of wrestling and how it will improve your Folkstyle competitiveness.
2) The 2 session Clinic will run on Sunday November 8th from 10am to 2pm. Lunch will be provided
3) Cost is $10 per wrestler with proceeds going to the Dr. William F. Stier, Jr. Scholarship fund.

BIO:
Dr. Stier was the director of the undergraduate sport management and the sport coaching programs at the State University of New York, Brockport, where he also was responsibility for the graduate program in athletic administration. While at SUNY Brockport, he has also assumed the positions of chairperson of the physical education and sport department (1983-1986) and director of intercollegiate athletics (1983-1990). During 1992-1993, he was elected president of the faculty senate; and, in the fall of 1994, he was appointed graduate coordinator, a position he held until the fall of 2008. Dr. Stier has served as President and CEO of several Florida corporations within the recreation and fitness industry. He has also served as a paid consultant for numerous fitness, wellness and recreation organizations and programs as well as secondary and university sport programs, both here and abroad. In school based athletic programs, he has been athletic director and varsity basketball coach on the junior high, senior high and college/university levels for over twenty years as well as department head/chairperson of departments of Health, Physical Education and Recreation.
