Sunday mornings from 9:30-11am. The cost for Sundays only is 125.00 which goes from now until the end of February(13 workouts). The sessions include technique, hard drilling and love wrestling. Many of wny top wrestlers and coaches are in attendance which makes for a very competitive atmosphere. Any questions contact Keith Maute 716-715-1775.
