BELLOR SAVES SHOPMEN BY STAYING OUT TIME IN FINAL MATCH; OCCIDENTS FINISH SECOND. Tech High matmen tied with West High yesterday afternoon at the West High gymnasium and thereby annexed the city scholastic title. Tech was handicapped somewhat by the loss of Bell, who suffered a broken collar bone while practicing Tuesday afternoon. The 105-pound class was forfeited to the Occidentals but Tech grapplers showed well in the other classes which enabled them to score enough points to tie the Westsiders, the final score being 18-all.
