Profile of a Coach
Dick Petulla, head wrestling coach at Oil City High School, was a man of many moods Saturday as he watched his wrestlers perform at the Oiler Club's eighth annual tournament. Petulla was out of his chair more than he was in it -- to yell, to protest and to clap. But it must have been worth it... Oil City took first place honors in the tournament.
