Arm Drag has him losing 4-3 to Reed from Walton at Watkins Glen. I cant find Reed ranked on any NYS ranking did Hutcheson just have a bad match or what?

From what I can tell he is ranked 2nd in section 4 behind beckwith, he also beat hutcheson last year at the same tourney, im going to guess his style is hard for hutcheson to beat
